Lokesh Vale is CIA-trained with Four Seasons Mumbai experience — the Twisted Indian is not an approximation of Indian food, it's a considered translation of it. The tikka red sauce is the thing reviewers mention most; ask for extra on the side. It's fast-casual and only 25 seats, so expect a line at lunch on weekdays. Closed Mondays.
